Handmade oyster mee sua πŸ˜‹. Mee sua is made of wheat flour which thickens the soup when it cooks. Topped with juicy oysters, shredded chicken, cilantro and of course the sambal, it is slurping good! I always save the oysters for the last few bites and savour its creamy, slightly chewy texture. And of course, the sambal gives the dish a good kick to the palette. πŸ˜‹

I also like the XXL spicy chicken which I think it’s a meal on its own. It is too much food if you only want to ‘munch’ on somethingπŸ˜….
