Handmade oyster mee sua π. Mee sua is made of wheat flour which thickens the soup when it cooks. Topped with juicy oysters, shredded chicken, cilantro and of course the sambal, it is slurping good! I always save the oysters for the last few bites and savour its creamy, slightly chewy texture. And of course, the sambal gives the dish a good kick to the palette. π
I also like the XXL spicy chicken which I think it’s a meal on its own. It is too much food if you only want to ‘munch’ on somethingπ .
